One price per product, always. No struck-through “was” prices, no countdowns, no tiers that expire. Everything the authorities and Dataflow charge is listed separately below, because those are not ours to bundle.

Licensing support
Quoted per case rather than listed, and deliberately so. A first application with clean, verifiable documents costs less to run than a transfer, an appeal after a rejection, or a case needing an exemption argument. The eligibility assessment that establishes which one you are is free, and you get the number before you commit to anything. The full catalogue of 19 licensing packages sets out what each covers.
What we do not charge for
These are billed by third parties and never pass through us. Confirm current amounts before you pay - authorities change them without notice.
- Authority fees. DHA publishes AED 200 credentialing; MOHAP publishes AED 300-500 evaluation by category. The other eight GCC authorities publish no schedule at all.
- Examination fees. Paid to Prometric or Pearson VUE, not to the authority. DHA publishes USD 280 / 240 / 180 by category, payable again on every re-sit.
- Dataflow verification. Billed per document by Dataflow. Estimate yours with the free calculator.
- Visa and medical. Employer or government charges, outside the licensing process entirely.

Where these numbers come from
Every figure on this page is one the authority or Dataflow publishes, confirmed on 3 September 2026 against the source. Where a regulator publishes nothing, the row says “Not published” rather than carrying an estimate - which matters more than it sounds, because the figures circulating on forums and competitor blogs for the eight silent authorities are typically years old and were never authoritative.
The Dataflow amounts are the ones our own cost calculator uses, and only the DHA ones are officially fixed. Dataflow pricing is component-based: it scales with how many degrees, licences and employers need verifying, so two nurses with different histories pay different amounts.
What is in a question bank

Is it cheaper to do it yourself?
Often, yes - and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. If you hold one straightforward degree from a university that answers verification requests promptly, you have continuous documented experience, and your title maps cleanly onto the authority’s grade table, the portals are navigable and the money you would spend on support buys you mostly convenience.
It stops being true when something is irregular: a qualification the authority does not recognise on its face, a gap in practice, a closed or renamed institution, an employer who will not respond, a rejected application, or a title that could be classified two ways with a meaningful salary difference between them. Payment, delivery and refunds
Digital products are a one-time purchase in AED, delivered as PDF downloads immediately after payment - a private link on the confirmation page and by email. The link is time-limited for security; the files themselves are yours to keep, with no account to maintain and nothing to renew.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. They appear on your statement, issue your invoice, and handle any VAT or sales tax due in your country.
Digital purchases can be refunded within 14 days where the material has not been substantially downloaded. Because delivery is instant, we would rather you tried the free mock exam first - it is drawn from the same bank, so you can judge the standard before paying. Pricing questions
How am I charged, and in what currency?
Prices are shown in AED. Digital products are charged once - there is no subscription and no renewal. Your card statement will show our payment provider as the merchant of record, and they issue the invoice and handle any applicable VAT or sales tax for your country.
How is a question bank delivered?
As PDF downloads, immediately. A private download link is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you. The link is time-limited for security, but the files are yours to keep once downloaded - there is no expiry on the material itself and no account to maintain.
Can I get a refund on a question bank?
Yes, within 14 days, provided the material has not been substantially downloaded. Because these are instant-delivery digital files, we ask you to look at the free mock exam first - it is drawn from the same bank, so you can judge the standard before paying anything.
Do the prices include the exam or authority fees?
No, and nothing sold here does. Examination fees are paid to Prometric or Pearson VUE, authority fees to the regulator, and Dataflow bills per document. Those are separate from anything Neelim charges, and are set out below.
Why is licensing support not priced on this page?
Because an honest number depends on your case. A clean application with verifiable documents costs less to run than one needing re-verification, an exemption argument or an appeal. The assessment that establishes which you are is free, and you get the quote before committing.
Do you offer discounts or bundles?
There is a bundle price for candidates who need both the written bank and the consultant oral pack. There are no time-limited discounts, no struck-through prices and no countdowns - the price you see is the price, always.
